She is counsel at Hogan Lovells and head of the regulatory insurance department. He has significant experience in insurance law and regulation. He has been advising insurance and reinsurance companies and insurance intermediaries on regulatory, contractual, and corporate matters about their business and in their relationships with policyholders and beneficiaries for over eighteen years.

She assists Italian and foreign insurance companies and insurance intermediaries by advising on the structure and content of contractual and informational documentation for the offering of insurance products, with particular reference to life insurance and financial insurance products (unit-linked, multi-branch and private bond); in litigation of insurance companies with specific regard to regulatory obligations related to the issuance of insurance products with financial content; in the context of authorization and inspection procedures by Italian supervisory authorities (Ivass and Consob) and notification and authorization procedures for the conduct of insurance or brokerage business in Italy; in connection with the authorizations required in the case of merger and acquisition transactions in insurance companies or the transfer of insurance portfolios; in the drafting of distribution and service agreements and in the context of outsourcing procedures of insurance companies' activities.

She enjoys receiving friends, cooking for them, and spending time with his family. He has a passion for cinema and travel, always discovering new places and secret corners in Italy or worldwide. Swimming and tennis are her favorite sports.
