He holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University in Milan and a postgraduate master's degree in national and international taxation from the Business School of "Il Sole 24 Ore."
Before founding Gltax Studio Commercialisti e Avvocati in 2017, he worked for more than 15 years at leading Italian and international law firms: Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato, Ernst & Young, and Baker & McKenzie.
An expert in corporate taxation, tax planning, and M&A transactions, he specializes in advising multinational groups on transfer pricing. In this area, he assists in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, litigation management, and mutual agreement procedures for the elimination of international double taxation.
