About

Francesca Romana Lupoi is a mother of two girls with whom she shares her free time. She likes to call herself a peculiar lawyer with two souls: the first is dedicated to professional engagement, and the second to social engagement.

She studied law at La Sapienza University in Rome, graduating with honors in private international law, and later earned a Master's degree in International Tax Law.

She has been practicing law between Rome and Milan for more than 30 years, specializing in extrajudicial counseling, estate planning, and, in particular, trusts law.

Vice president, she is in her second term of office of the Association "The Trust in Italy," through which she is committed throughout the country, through training activities, to properly disseminating the institution of trusts.

Recently, Francesca Romana Lupoi also decided to be her entrepreneur and formed a company with three other professionals, which operates professionally as a trustee. She thus manages to use her knowledge about trusts to benefit the vulnerable.

She also personally runs a listening desk, the first in Italy, based at Rome's Municipality IX, open to citizens who need information on the subject of trusts and disability and participates in conferences on trusts and trust contracts, is a lecturer at the University of Genoa's Master's program on Trusts and the Ipsoa Training School, and a member of the Trust Company Scientific Committee.
