Alessandro Montinari received his law degree in 1999, specializing in tax law by attending a Master's degree at Il Sole 24 ore Business School and then in art law and taxation.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2004 and is qualified to defend in the Court of Cassation.
He is a partner at Cavalluzzo Rizzi Caldart, a boutique firm in downtown Milan. Since 2019 he has collaborated with We Wealth on issues related to collectibles and investment assets. He is an adjunct lecturer at the Sole 24 ore Business School. His practice focuses mainly on legal and tax advice applied to capital deployment, investment and business. Sports activity has always accompanied his life, forming his character and inspiring his values. Travel and art have, in addition, enriched his creativity.
The great classics of literature, the most complex court cases, and true stories are his passion. All of which he shares with his beautiful Giorgia and daughter Umberta.
